Variant 1: Wooden floor basic
On a beam bearing, the dimension of which depends on the size and expected load, are three-ply boards (usually 27mm thick).

The floor, still untreated, is painted with a hard oil before delivery.

Variant 1: Wooden floor basic
For heavily used floors, e.g. Gastronomy or, like this student lounge, water-resistant "plywood with grip" panels are available (non-slip, dark colored).

Variant 2: Wooden floor with insulation
The terrain should be leveled and prepared for the load.
This work is carried out by the buyer or a local construction company on his behalf. For very large structures, an engineer may be required to calculate the foundations. See: Terrain and pedestals -
Variant 2: Wooden floor with insulation
In the case of the prefabricated sandwich elements, the insulation is already installed before final assembly at the construction site.

Variant 3: Wooden floor with insulation and end cover plate
The space under the end plate can be used for underfloor heating. End cover plates made of higher quality wood are available on request.

we advise you to build the floors yourself on site or have them built by a carpenter / construction company on site. This can save you costs for transport and other expenses. The exact plans we will provide for a fee, price depending on the complexity of the floor.
